Ivan “Johnta” Shevtsov on the upcoming event:

DreamHack is a unique tournament with an interesting history, which is kind of a symbol of esports for me. The first time I participated in a DreamHack championship was in 2008, in Jönköping, at DreamHack Summer. I had to put off my graduate thesis for a year as it couldn’t be rescheduled and missing DreamHack was just unacceptable to me.

It’s hard to say how ready for the tournament the team is to be honest. All the teams have just returned from vacation, and their online form is not a strong indicator. We’ve been executing some things very well in practice and looking to improve on others . The LAN will tell. The teams will be looking to find their form before the major, so we should expect unexpected results“.

We’ll soon publish an article on the event with a more detailed schedule. Follow us on social media to stay updated!
