HellRaisers are in the epicenter of the European qualifiers for the tournament in Kiev. There are only the strongest in the participant list, and there's only one ticket to the LAN final in the prize fund.

The tournament will feature a double-elimination system. A format of all matches will be best-of-three, and the grand final will have a best-of-five format. The best team will join the participant list of the LAN final of the tournament.
