16 European teams, 4 groups, play-off and the uncompromising struggle. All that is for three slots in the final of the upcoming StarLadder i-League StarSeries Season 2. Our five has happened to be on the list of challengers, too.
Tournament Policy
The European qualifiers for StarLadder i-League StarSeries Season 2 will be running from 25 July to 22 August. The qualifiers have been divided into two stages such as a group stage and a play-off. Within the group stage 16 participants will found themselves in 4 groups of 4 teams in each. The system of the group stage will be best-of-three round-robin. 12 teams will take part in the play-off — 8 ones will get there through group matches and 4 more squads will get direct invitations. The classic Olympic system will be used for the play-off, and the match format won't change, it still will be best-of-three. Following the results of the play-off, three invitations to the offline final of the tournaments will be given to the winners.
