The fourteen season of the most popular CIS tournament, StarLadder i-League StarSeries XIV, has already started, but HellRaisers are entering the field to get a ticket to Minks only now.

Tournament Policy
The tournament itself will be divided into two parts: the group stage and play-off. The group stage in its turn will be divided into two more sub-stages. In the first one 16 teams will be divided into 4 groups with 4 teams in each. A pair of the best teams from each group will reach the next group stage where there will be 2 groups with 4 teams. Only two fives will reach the play-off stage, while the remaining ones will go to the mini tournament called Last Chance which will determine the last participant from the European region.
The LAN Finals will also be divided into two stages. The first is the already known group stage, which will determine the six participants of the play-off stage, which will run in the Olympic elimination system. The LAN Finals themselves will be played in the capital of Belarus, Minsk.
