HellRaisers [2:0] Natus Vincere @bo3
16:8 @overpass, 21:19 @dust2
Our boys had to play a decisive match for reaching one of the most prestigious tournament in modern CS:GO against a very strong rival. The players of the Natus Vincere team had played a few official matches before the beginning of this meeting, and for our boys it was the first tournament match in the evening.
On de_overpass Na`Vi started very well: they took the lead at the early stage of the game. However, it was followed a few smart rounds on the terrorist side, which let HellRaisers rapidly get back into the game. At the end of the half the handicap was almost leveled! Thanks to a series of successful rounds our boys got the excellent drive and managed to feel the rival. This is not enough to know an opponent, you've got to be able to use this knowledge in practice. The unblamable defense by HellRaisers have knocked Na`Vi out. ANGE1 and Co. didn't make a mistake and win the second half not giving a score for the rival. The final score of the map is 16:8.
On de_dust2 it was a real drama! Both fives were doing their best on the defense side. Fantastic things were being done by the snipers of both teams. Mou managed to control the attack of Na`Vi to the short by himself, and that did help HellRaisers not only to take a few matchpoints, but have a series of excellent rounds on the CT side at the overtime period. In a tense and hard match HR came out as winners — 21:19!
Emil «kUcheR» Ahundov:
«First of all we are very happy about our reaching the main part of FACEIT League. We were watching Na`Vi playing the game against TSM and we saw that they are not in their best shape and that we are able to win them. The maps were very comfortable for us, almost the best ones. We were trying hard and that brought a result. Thanks to everyone, who cheered for us. We will try to qualify for the major tournament on Sunday».
Now our team has become one of the participants of FACEIT League 2015 Stage 3. More information and the tournament bracket may be found in our report.
Cheer for HellRaisers!
