HellRaisers [1:2] SK Gaming @bo3
16:9 @inferno, 9:16 @overpass, 12:16 @train
The seventh fight within Acer Predator Masters was against the strong Danish five. The Scandinavians practice a lot right now and frequently take part in the European LAN tournaments. It was their third match within this league and it means that it's just a beginning of the story for them.
The battle started with a very hard, heavy and full of mistakes game on de_inferno. According to the result, our boys managed to take 8 rounds in the defense. It's hard to judge if it was a good score. The winning result of the game was achieved due to the excellent moves on the terrorist side. The team in blue from Denmark couldn't do anything: they usually were "caught" trying to arcade and their "double cover" didn't bring the expected results as well. The Danes didn't manage to find the golden mean, and thus the victory was given to HellRaisers — 16:9.
However, on two other maps HellRaisers started to show uncertain movements in the defense themselves. Ridiculous mistakes, the random and the timing — everything was on the side of SK Gaming today. Of course, we shouldn't underestimate the Friis and Co's results though. Their aggressive and rapid style of the game was especially seen at the second half of the final map, de_train. Our boys were surely not ready for such course of events. There is a lot of work to do on de_overpass (9:16), and on de_train (12:16).
Mikhail «Dosia» Stolyarov's comment:
«SK has changed their roster and now this team plays differently. They did surprise us sometimes and, as usual, we made too many mistakes. In addition to this, AdreN and I had to play with a high ping. Thanks to everyone, who supported us!»
After the seven meetings HellRaisers are having 12 points. There are still a lot of game ahead. You can follow the run of the event through our report.
Cheer for HellRaisers!
