Regulations
The CIS closed qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 13 will run online from December 1-4, featuring eight invited teams and two more squads from the open qualifiers. In the group stage of the qualifiers, the teams will be divided into two groups of five where matches will be best-of-two. The top two teams from each group will advance to the playoffs where those finishing third will get a spot in the WePlay! Bukovel Minor 2020 CIS Qualifier.
The playoff qualifiers will feature a double-elimination best-of-three format. The top two teams will then go to DreamLeague Season 13 with the rest getting spots in the WePlay! Bukovel Minor 2020 CIS Qualifier.
