Regulations:
The tournament will take place on 17-25 February with the venue being Kiev, Ukraine.
The group stage will feature a Swiss system. Teams can play a maximum of five best-of-three matches. Three losses will lead to leaving the tournament. After the predetermined opponents in the first round, teams will continue playing next rounds with those who have the same number of wins. When all five rounds are over, the top 8 reaching the next stage, the playoff, will be found.
The playoff stage will feature a single-elimination system with a best-of-three format and a match for third place. The total prize fund is $300,000.
